How to work with your Galileo Design Lead
Your Design Lead and You:
Getting started with the Galileo program? Have a question on product options? Looking to do design something out of the box for a patient? Need help getting the most out of the Galileo Program?
Look no further than your design lead! They're here to help!
How your Design Lead can help:
The design leads are your clinical points of contact at Galileo. Leads work alongside their team of designers to ensure that your designs come the way you want them to so you can focus on what matters to you most: Your patients!
The leads are here to help you with any of the following:
- Clinical onboarding
- New Clinician joining your team? Have them schedule a meeting with us so you can keep doing what you do best while we take care of teaching them our system.
-
- Here's a breakdown of what the Clinical Onboarding process looks like:
- Initial outreach
- If your whole clinic is new to Galileo, we'll schedule onboarding for all clinicians during your printer install.
- If you're a new clinician joining an office that already has a Galileo machine, just reach out to support anytime to get scheduled!
- Onboarding meeting with your first order
- You'll have a 1:1 session with your Galileo Design Lead, who will walk you through the FabOne ordering system and gather your preferences for custom socket designs.
- Your Design Lead will help you submit your first order together, live on the call — after that, you're set to order independently.
- Before we wrap up, we'll get your next check-in on the calendar.
- 30/60/90-day check-ins to keep things running smoothly
- We'll review the orders you've placed, make any adjustments to your design profile, and answer any questions that have come up.
- If you've had any fitting feedback or design changes, bring those along — we'll work through them together.
- By the 90-day mark, we'll also check in on any other Galileo products you might be interested in.
- You're fully onboarded when you're happy with your designs and using every product you want
- Once your designs are dialed in and you're ordering across everything you need, you've completed onboarding — and we'd love to hear if there's anything else we can help you with.

- Scheduled check-ins
- We love to hear how your designs are coming out. We schedule a check-in with you 30, 60, and 90 days after your onboarding & first order, with additional check-in's available whenever you need them.
- Reviewing current orders and designs and tracking down any issues such as:
- Sizing discrepancies
- Oddities in the modifications of your sockets
- See something odd? Say something to us! We want your sockets coming out right and we can look into any of your issues.
