What is a Foot Orthotic (FO)?

An accommodative foot orthotic (FOA) is inserted into the shoe under the foot and redistributes pressure. It is a soft, flexible material Varioshore material printed on the Galileo FO or Galileo O&P Big Nozzle and can be black.

A functional foot orthotic (FOF) is also inserted into the shoe underneath the foot, but provides greater control of gait using stiffer materials. FOFs are printed in TPU Cheetah on the Galileo FO or Galileo O&P Big Nozzle and can be black, grey, white, or blue.
